Terms and Conditions:


  1. Applications are made to the governing authority of IAA which reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

  2. The Alimiyyah/IET/ Hifz/Raudatul Atfaal/ Maktab course admits students of any race, color, or national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students of the school. IAA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies.

  3. The Alimiyyah/IET/ Hifz/Raudatul Atfaal/ Maktab course policies are subject to change. Information on current policies will be made available at parent orientation meetings prior to official annual registration and orientation.

  4. Applicants agree to abide by all policies, rules and regulations, including provisions for dress codes and discipline.

  5. All Deeni education and ways of performing worship that will be taught in all above programs will be in accordance with the Hanafi school of thought.

  6. Space must be available, and the enrollment request must be exercised within the priority enrollment period. Information about priority enrollment may be obtained by contacting the Deeni Education Committee director.

  7. The Alimiyyah/IET/ Hifz/Raudatul Atfaal/ Maktab course does NOT have a reasonable standard of care for students who become ill or have an emergency situation while at Masjid Yaseen or any other IAA teaching location. Parents are required to sign a medical waiver form each year allowing emergency medical care to be obtained in case parents cannot be reached. Parents understand that the alim course is not an insurer of student health. Parent/guardian is responsible for health care, storage and administration of medications for the individual child.

  8. The Alimiyyah/IET/ Hifz/Raudatul Atfaal/ Maktab course’ schedule of charges provides information about financial terms and obligations. It is updated annually. Students are enrolled for the entire year and the parent or guardian is responsible for the yearly tuition payment upon accepting enrollment at the beginning of each month, either in full or divided monthly via electronic fund transfer. A NON-REFUNDABLE individual student application Registration fee MUST be submitted with this Student Enrollment Form. (Raudatul Atfaal: $500 registration and book fee; Pre-Hifz Boys, Hifz boys, Hifz girls, Alim and Alima: $250 registration fee; Maktab: $100 registration fee). Sibling discounts are also provided for enrollment of more than two children.

  9. The annual tuition for the 2024-2025 year will be $425 monthly tuition (annual $5,100) for the Alim and Hifz courses, $450 monthly tuition (for 10 months $4,500) for the Raudatul Atfaal and $100 monthly Tuition ($900 for 9 months) for After School Maktab.

  10. Zakat program (discounted tuition) may be provided only for those who submit a financial assistance application along with supporting documents. Zakat money will be utilized to fill in the rest of the tuition for those who have been awarded the financial aid.

  11. Parents are responsible for the child’s secular education. As an OPTIONAL service, parents may decide to opt in to the Ilm Preparatory homeschooling program for an additional fee. This program is provided by a third party, and is NOT Affiliated with IAA.
